Wright Bus International Pte Ltd

Founded in 1946, Wrightbus is celebrating its 80th year in business and is delighted to support Singapore Urban Mobility Week 2026.

Employing more than 2,100 people around the world, with a further 7,500 jobs in the supply chain, Wrightbus – famed for its iconic red London bus – is at the forefront of zero-emission transport.

It has factories in Malaysia and Northern Ireland, a service centre in Germany to look after a 150-strong hydrogen fleet, and sales teams across Europe and the Asia Pacific region.

Driving forward standards in reliability, sustainability and safety across all of its technologies – BEV, FCEV and diesel – Wrightbus has introduced enhanced pedestrian and cyclist measures and improved driver visibility, meeting even the most stringent standards laid down by Transport for London.

Well-known in Singapore, Wrightbus built more than 1,600 buses which entered service between 2010 and 2017, and continues to provide technical support, after-sales and regional business development.

Wrightbus, owned by Jo Bamford CBE, is part of the HydraB Group, a portfolio of energy companies which can support the entire transport ecosystem, providing a turnkey solution of infrastructure, vehicles, mobile support and telematics for operators across the globe as they transition to zero-emission technology.
