Mobility Demand Data: Traditional transport surveys are costly, slow, and biased—covering less than 1% of urban populations with imperfect sampling. In contrast, Street Surge leverages GPS-based smartphone mobility data (covering 15-20% of the population) and our proprietary Machine Learning models to generate travel demand OD matrices that eliminate bias, sampling errors, cost & time. This offers a more accurate and scalable solution, enabling precise measurement of travel demand across spatial and temporal scales.

AI-powered Network Design and Scheduling: Transit route planning & scheduling is a complex NP-hard problem with billions of permutations that can take years for the fastest computers to solve. Our AI planning model solves complex multi-objective optimization problems, designing near-optimal, demand-driven transport networks & schedules that maximize ridership while adhering to operational constraints.
