• Please select the relevant category within the registration platform when purchasing your pass. You may be required to upload supporting documents depending on the pass type selected.

• You may be photographed, audio recorded and video-recorded at SUMW 2026. By entering the event premises, you consent to all photographs, interviews, audio recordings and/or video recordings made, produced or taken of you (“Materials”) and the use, release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of the Materials in all marketing and communication materials in any media by the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, MSI Global Pte Ltd, and MP Singapore Pte Ltd, its affiliates and/or representatives.
• All interviews must be scheduled in advance with the Organisers. Walking up to an attendee with a camera or microphone and asking for an interview without prior approval is not permitted.
• Should you wish to opt out of the above, please reach out to us at registration@sgurbanmobility.com.
• The Organiser reserves the rights to refuse admission or to remove any person from the event without having to specify a reason.

• Multiple water dispenser stations are available throughout the event venue. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own reusable bottles.
• Attendees are also encouraged to return their lanyards to the designated recycling bins located at the entrances and exits of the Level 4 event halls at the end of their visit.

General Information
The registration form constitutes a contract between the delegate and SUMW 2026. You will receive an acknowledgement email once your registration form has been received by the SUMW 2026 Secretariat. A confirmation email and invoice will be issued upon successful receipt of payment.

To qualify for the group discount, registration forms must be submitted by the same company/organisation and billed under a single invoice.

Payment Methods
Payment must be made by credit or debit card (Mastercard or Visa) and PayNow, via the online registration form.

Entry to SUMW 2026 is subject to full payment being received.

If your transaction in Singapore dollars is processed during the week prior to SUMW 2026, please email a copy of the transaction reference to registration@sgurbanmobility.com and present proof of payment at the on-site registration desk.

The organiser will not bear any bank charges associated with the transfer of funds.

Substitution Of Delegates
If a registered delegate is unable to attend SUMW 2026, a substitute colleague from the same organisation may attend in their place at any time.

Requests for substitutions must be submitted in writing via email to registration@sgurbanmobility.com.
The email must include:

• The name and registration ID of the original delegate; and
• The details of the substitute delegate.

An administrative fee of S$150 will apply if the request for substitution is received after 14 September 2026.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to registration@sgurbanmobility.com. The email must indicate the name and registration ID of the registered delegate.

Refunds of registration fees (less administrative fees) will be granted as follows:

• A full refund less S$250 administrative fee for cancellations received on or before 13 July 2026
• A 50% refund less S$250 administrative fee for cancellations received on or before 7 September 2026
• No refund will be granted for cancellations received on or after 7 September 2026

No-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds or credits will not be issued for unattended events. These rules also apply to group registrations.

All refunds will be processed after SUMW 2026.

In the event of overpayment or duplicated payment, refund requests accompanied by valid proof must be submitted in writing via email to registration@sgurbanmobility.com no later than one (1) month after the conclusion of SUMW 2026. Bank charges associated with refunds will be borne by the delegate(s).

Visa Requirements/Invitation Letter
Delegates are solely responsible for fulfilling their visa requirements.

Delegates requiring an entry visa should allow sufficient time (at least two (2) months) for the visa application process. Registration details may be shared with immigration authorities to facilitate the process. However, SUMW 2026 will not contact embassies or consulates on behalf of visa applicants.

To obtain an invitation letter, delegates must first complete registration and pay the registration fees in full. Thereafter, delegates may request an invitation letter by emailing to registration@sgurbanmobility.com.

If a delegate’s visa application is rejected, registration fees will be reimbursed (less S$250 administrative fee) only if the delegate provides written notification to registration@sgurbanmobility.com together with official documentation from the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) of Singapore confirming the visa rejection and showing that the application was submitted at least two (2) months prior to SUMW 2026.

Force Majeure
The organiser shall not be liable to any delegate for cancellation, postponement, part-time opening, or non-performance of obligations under this contract due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, floods, storms, war, shortages of water, labour or power, acts or threats of terrorism, riots, civil commotion, strikes, insurrection, failure of any government authority to issue required permits, suspension or revocation of governmental permits, or outbreaks or threats of infectious or communicable diseases (including SARS or similar events).

In the event of a force majeure occurrence, the provisions of this clause shall prevail over the Cancellation Policy.

Security Measures
All badges are strictly non-transferable for security purposes. All attendees may be required to present valid identification and undergo security and/or bag checks prior to entry into SUMW 2026.

The Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to attendees who are not dressed in business attire or who do not meet the admission requirements.

Personal Data
By registering for this event, you consent to the processing of your personal data by the SUMW 2026 Secretariat and Organisers in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Regulations
The organiser reserves the right to amend the programme, seating arrangements or any related activities of Singapore Urban Mobility Week (SUMW) 2026 at any time. The organiser also reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
